It exists with a single purpose — "to help people get to know themselves" — so that everyone can live a happier life. It's not just support, but a full-fledged tool for self-discovery. At the same time, ELLI does not replace professional or emergency help — in a crisis situation, it's important to reach out to specialists.

ELLI communicates at a high quality in more than 50 of the world's most widely spoken languages, and supports 100+ languages with somewhat lower quality. You can talk in your native language — ELLI will understand and respond. And the interface language depends on the language settings of your device or browser. 

Basic support is available for free and around the clock. Advanced features and tools for more personalized help or self-discovery will appear in the Premium plan. A separate offering is provided for organizations.
